Our family went away for a week and we could not take Hunter with us. We left him with our dog sitter. He stayed there with his sister Ange and played with the three other dogs staying with the dog sitter. He followed the sitter every where she went. We really missed him! We were not expecting Hunter. My mom thought that my girls needed a dog since our beloved Bello passed away. I told her that we were going to get another Shiloh Shepherd but we had to be patient. That was not enough for her. So she brought him to the house while I was at work. I was not pleased at all but one look at this angel and my heart melted. I guess my mom knows me well. I wondered, what is Hubby going to say? Well, amazingly, his heart melted as well. So Hunter is now part of our pack. He is very, very smart. He has not had an accident in the house for over one week, sits on command, and waits until I tell him it is ok to eat his food. Yes, he's one smart pup. He was very skinny when he came to us (as you can see from the picture) but he has filled out very nicely. He goes to his crate when told to and loves to place his beautiful head on our feet. He is just so sweet. We are all in love with Hunter.
